I'm learning Closer to the Sun by Slightly Stoopid, and ever since I started this song I never noticed how weak my pinky is. The song requires me to do hammer on/pull offs in speedy tempo, but I do it really slow and weak.

So what are some good pinky exercises, that work my pinky enough to make it strong and flexible?

Play the main riff from Shooter Jennings' "Daddy's Farm" without the use of the index finger.

dont forget to pratice bending and vibrato with your pinky. For that, i recommend Albert King's Crosscut Saw or Led Zeppelin's How Many More Times.
If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all
