Researching a Uni

What are scottish highers the same as in england?

this leads to my next point, i'm wanting to take Accountancy, the entrance requirements for year 1 is 4 B highers( with other entrance options given).

That is simple however the requirements for year 2 is a Scottish Hnd in Accountancy with BB in Graded units in Accountancy. Or A-levels BBB (including accounting and economics). I'm dazed and confused about this (sorry), i haven't taken accounting and economics as a higher and my school dosn't offer these, apart from business studies. I'm wondering what to do basically, and how to go about achieveing the year 2 requirements or can i not d it.

SQA Highers are equivalent to English AS, the precursor to A-levels, advanced highers are the equivalent of A-levels.

I thought this thread was about Scottish people getting high...

I was sorely mistaken
