Could be something in the oils of your skin. I know it sounds weird but maybe a change in your chemical make-up is making its way to your strings.

At one point in my life, I one day noticed that when I read a book (novel) I always left greasy stains on the edge of the pages where my thumbs hold the book - even after washing my hands several times. It just started one day - it never did that before.

Anyway, use alcohol to cling your strings after you play everytime. It will keep your strings from building up sludge.
