Am thinking this tone could be produced using a harmonizer. So what harmonizer should i buy?

I would just play music like that with two guitars it'll sound wwaaayyy better

and if you don't have another guitarist and you didn't state a budget get some evintide one

I agree with Kai07 - the new DigiTech HarmonyMan rocks. It tracks so well that you forget that it is even tracking. I have been using mine for a while now and it really shines. To see it in action check out a couple of these vids:
