I just got this as a gift yesterday and I really like it a lot. The problem is that it makes a creaking / squeeking noise when I move the pedal back and forth. How do I fix this? Or should I send it back?

either send it back or turn your amp up till you cant hear it my first slash wah done this so i put in a bit of wd40, within a few weeks the wah started to crackle so i returned it for a new one

hit it with a little WD-40 on the spring, that oughta help
