you said you wanted G harmonic minor so here it is...

D-------4-5------
A----3-5-6----
E----3-5-6----

EDIT: what the heck do you mean by ghost notes....

The harmonic minor scale spans the entire fretboard. I advise visiting the theory sticky and learning how scales are constructed.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

so would yo do that?

e-----------------------------------------------4-5
B---------------------------------------3-5-6-----
G-------------------------------3-5-6-------------
D---------------------4-5-------------------------
A------------3-5-6-------------------------------
E----3-5-6---------------------------------------

There. G harmonic minor. All g's should be bolded.

Here's the typical 3nps pattern.

A||-----------------3----|--5----6--------------|----------------------|
E||--3----5----6---------|----------------------|----------------------|

  Q    Q    Q    Q       Q    Q
-----------------5----|--6----8----||
--4----7----8---------|------------||
----------------------|------------||
----------------------|------------||
----------------------|------------||
----------------------|------------||

And one last common pattern.

     Q    Q    Q    Q       Q    Q    Q    Q       Q    Q    Q    Q

D||----------------------|------------4----5----|--7-------------------|
A||-----------------3----|--5----6--------------|----------------------|
E||--3----5----6---------|----------------------|----------------------|

  Q    Q    Q
------------3----|-------||
--4----7---------|-------||
-----------------|-------||

buy the guitar grimoire scales and modes and thats all you'll ever need

I strongly recommend against this. The Grimoire is 90% redundant information, and doesn't explain the theory behind, or the application of, any of the material. Most of the scales therein are harmonically useless anyway, and would, melodically, be much better described as alterations to the major scale.
