ok well i have a starter pack amp but i am wondering if i should get a digitech rp150 or rp 90 and use the starter pack amp as a speaker or a peavey vypyr 15

EDIT: open to suggestions too

Of the two choices, I'd go with the Peavey Vypyr.

The RP150 is great for experimenting with effects, but you'll still be playing through that starter amp which won't help the tone any and would probably make the RP150 sound worse.

no matter how good the pedal sounds, it wont sound good through that starter pack amp's speaker. trust me, i have an rp250 and the same tones that sounds good on my better amp sound like shit through my squier sp10 because the speaker is really low quality and im bettin ur starter amp wil have the same problem

dont get the pedal, just use that money to get an amp that sounds good enough without the pedal
