So, I'm considering buy a Kramer Striker FR-422SM and get a pickup change for it. It has a H-S-S configuration. I would need versatile pickups to can play music similar to:

Frank Zappa & the Mothers of Invention
Pink Floyd
Drudkh
Sleep
SRV
Bo Diddley
Aerosmith
The Beatles
Electric Wizard
RATM
Iron Maiden
NIN
Mastodon
Free
Nirvana
Alice in Chains
The Who
Rush
Etc.

for that amount of variation, you would want a humbucker that can have its coils split

i put a tonezone in the bridge. i liked the sound of the neck pickup anyways and hardly ever use the middle. really sounds good with the tonezone.
