So I have microsoft office 2007 on my laptop and I need to convert a powerpoint slideshow to a word document so that I can print it without using 70 sheets of paper. I know in the older versions of powerpoint you could click: file-> send to-> word and that would be it but the 2007 version doesn't seem to have that. Does anybody know how to convert a powerpoint file into a word document?

Dont save it as a word document. Go to Print and print handouts with 6 slides per sheet.

That's what I do, double sided, and on fastdraft. Ultimate paper/ink savings wins.

It's 235 slides so that would still be 40 sheets to print all that. My teacher suggested that the best way would be to convert it to word.
