I play a shecter c-1 classic tuned half a step down. when i gig, i get a little excited and tend to strum a little harder than normal. when i do this, my strings slip off of the saddle and make a horrid sound obviously. i would rather not file the grooves so i was wondering if there was a saddle clamp of some sort that would keep the strings from slipping. if not then i guess i'll have to get them filed, but are there any other ways to prevent this???
to help, i've been using lighter picks.
new saddles are pretty cheap. you can get string saver saddles.

filing a saddle can sometimes lead to a sharp point and broken strings.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
