Hi,
I wanne change out the ZR trem in my Ibanez S470 against a OFR.
Does anybody know if it will fit from the beginning or if I have to
do some minor routing to make it fit?

No chance, the routing is all wrong and the mounting method is completely different.
Actually called Mark!

Whyyyy? The ZR owns

But no, not possible without significant routing, if it's even possible then.

Basically the one in my S470 is starting to have problems with the srew in trem arm.
Do you know if it is possible to get a ZR2 and just put it in there?

I see.

I'm honestly not sure, not familiar with the new ones. I'd go over to IbanezRules.com and send him an email, I'm sure he'd know and he can get you a new trem.
