Like a darkness that never fades
Like the hand of evil gripping your throat
Your conformity
HOLDS YOU DOWN!

DOWN!

The lies of the many
STEAL THEIR SOULS!

There Ignorance will not
CHOKE MY PRIDE!

I will be free with my last breath
There weakness will be my strength

I will be free with my last breath
There weakness will be my strength

I WILL BE FREE

FREEDOM!
FREEDOM!
from sameness
from the weakness of
CONFORMITY!

Guitar Solo

Breakdown

I WILL FIGHT!
FIGHT!
FIGHT!
Until my last breath
That breath will be mine,
No one can take it from me

I WILL FIGHT
I WILL NOT CHANGE
I WILL FIGHT
I WILL NOT CHANGE
I WILL NOT CHANGE
I WILL NOT CHANGE

I WILL BE FREE

THEIR DESTINY WILL NOT BE MINE!

FIGHT!
FIGHT!
FIGHT!

I think it's quite immature, but I suppose it fits well in what I remember hardcore being. More honestly, I think it needs a lot of work, such as scrapping it and starting over, in search of words that might deliver your idea more intelligibly. The idea is in a thousand punk songs, and ten thousand hardcore songs, is the sole concept of generations of bands whose fans abandon them when they evolve their writing, thus changing their music, which was obviously asked for after years of writing things like this.

So again, lyrically, I think this is trash. But if it's what you want to get across, and it can performed to a heavy beat with a cool breakdown, have at it, and have fun.
