So I just got a new schecter 7 string (a used revenger). I got it quite cheap (200 dollars) so I figured it would need some work done. The thing is set up and plays amazing, and the pickups sound good, but they make this god-awful squealing noise. It doesn't matter what pickup I switch it to so I think it's in the electronics or the jack. the squeel changes a little bit when the guitar is moved, but besides that nothing is working.

any ideas?

Sounds like your pickups have gone microphonic. You'll need to replace them, I think.
