it was an old martin DE-18E. really rare and old (only 302 were ever made) unique for the two pick-up selection on it.

he ran it thru a fender twin too instead of DI i believe

can you get something similar nowadays that much less expensive?
i'm not fussed about 2 pickups i'd be happy with just a bridge p/up.

im not sure why you would want to... those pups dont sound good unless you're blowing it out of some mighty fine amps. in normal usage they'll sound pretty bad.

Anyway, the closest thing I can think of is the John Lennon Epiphone. I don't remember the exact model, but it's got a neck pup.
