I've been looking into these two amps of late, and don't really know which one I want. So far I've learned:
BJ (lol) has more overall versatility (reverb, EQ, footswitch jack), is cheaper
TT has better components (speaker, tubes better quality...as far as i know)
So anything else I should know?

Last time I checked, no TT combos have been shipped to the US...

In fact, last time I checked, over 100 were stolen directly from the Orange distributor in the UK.

The NOS Blues junior is pretty good.

it depends on what you want to play. the tiny terror is more classic/hard rock while the blues junior is blues and some classic rock. i personally think the bj is better overall for the price. usually if you need more gain you can do well with an overdrive. but if your looking for metal amounts of gain you shouldnt get the bj obviously.

....none shipped to the US yet? A travesty!
Yeah I play more classic rock, higher-gain type stuff so I was going to get some sort of OD pedal. So it looks like its the Blues Junior then.

^What's your max price range?

There might be a few better amps for you to try.

Tiny Terror ftw.
If you want higher-gain, that's not the Blues Junior.
You can put an Avatar 1x12 or Epi VJ 1x12 cab under it, and it'd be plenty portable.

Don't judge me.

Well, they both sound different. The Orange has much better overdrive and is british voiced, and the fender has great cleans and is american voiced.

I was just looking for a decent small tube amp (like 15 watts) around $500. What better amps do you speak of?
And yes, I know Orange amps have a British sound and Fender have an American sound. I would settle for either, that's all.

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/msg/858950958.html JSX mini Colossal, $350.

That said, try the first one I posted.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

I asked this same question. The conclusion I came to is the Tiny Terror, while a brilliant little amp, doesn't have the headroom for blues, but it'd be good for rock. In fact it'd be excellent for rock.
