Yes i have been trying to figure out which guitar to buy. I narrowed it down to Michael amotts signature guitar the Ninja 600 and Alexi Laiho's signature guitar the Alexi 600. I've reviewed the specs and features but still can not decide. So i am hoping you people here can spread some light on my situation.

Hm i see shadow.

The specs on both are very nice, but I guess what it would come down to is which shape you like better and if you want an EMG or want Duncans.
#7
I have a Viper 400 with 81 and 85 emgs that works for me. I was looking at the ninja because of the lock in tuners which are nice in my opinion. But the shape of the alexi 600 is cool and how he uses in most of his live shows.

IF all things are equal, and you like the playability and feel of both, then I think you have to go with what looks best...and I REALLY like the Black/Yellow Alexi...
#9
Yeah thats true Alexi gots taste and style along with a pretty good emg. I take your opinion as well as shadows into mind so i will consider and see who else will post.

i saw a bunch of ESP SVs on the ESP forums yesterday.

by far the nicest V i have EVER seen.

Id never buy one though they are such a hassle.

and for the record alexis guitars have way better colours than the ninja

in terms of functionality they both have pros and cons vs each other

Ninja
pros: 2 humbuckers
cons: no trem, neck dive

vs

AL
pros:OFR, 24 frets
cons: Bridge pu only, neck dive

If your not a fan of trems go ninja, if you need 24 frets and the trem AL
its up to you dude , they both look cool
#13
I see Alexi seems to be the best i think I'll go with it. There is one more thing which amp would you recommend to use with this guitar.

There completley differant feeling and sounding guitars tbh. Your best trying them both

Then ninja feels abit more traditional, but don't let that make you think you won't be able to play as fast on it, it just feels differant.

Also ask yourself weither you need a trem or not, or need a neck pup or not
#22
Hm i see. Not to get off my own topic though would anyone know of any RZK 600 out there that are still for sale because my local dealer can't get any because they were discontinued.

haha. yeah the first think i thought when i saw it was "ZX 600R"!

I was reading some other forums about the alexi 600 and apparently if i buy the alexi 600 guitar i am apparently a fan boy which in my opinion this seems completely negligent of another views on what they want in a guitar and perhaps that guitar just has what they need so yeah.

I too am looking at the Alexi-600, not because I'm a fanboy or anything but because my local shop can't get any Jackson RR24's in stock until next year. And I'm DYING for an RR shape model with an OFR, 24 frets, and ebony fingerboard.

yeah me to now all i need to is what the pick ups are. if they are the emg hz ones or the seymour duncan black out ones
