Maybe Im just being very picky about this, but, I am looking for an amp with great cleans, GREAT lead tones similar to, lets say, Vai or Slash, so there cant be any noticable distortion, and NO FIZZ when I do leads (I want it to be smooth). And Id like the amp to do LOTS of heavy stuff, thing, Rammstein, very tight.

...and I dont wanna spend too much money.

The only amp that I heard do this would be the EVH 5150 III with a JEM (Evos). But that would put me seriously out of my price range, @ $2000 for the head alone. Id prefer if the amp (with a 2x12 cab if needed) would cost no more than $1500. I didnt like the Peavey 5150, it sounded like it was under a blanket or something.
The El Diablo didnt click with me much either. The Mesa Duel Rect sounded WAYY too fuzzy to me, I didnt like it much at all. I was also looking into the Ibanez Thermion, but it seems NOONE in all of ontario has them in stock. People tell me its really heavy, and the leads are similar to Slash, but because I cant test one myself, I dont think Id be very willing to buy. (Note, I get a semi decent tone out of my spider 3 for leads, not really fizzy at all, but anything under the 12th fret will be pretty fizzy...).

So to recap:
Great cleans.
Great leads that sound almost like Slash or Steve Vai.
SERIOUSLY heavy and tight.
For Metal and Rock
Less than $1500.
Available in Canada (Toronto).

I can go used if its the only way.

I'd say Splawn, but you can't try it.
I'm putting my GAS on hold
for a couple months in order to pimp my ride.

Don't judge me.

I was looking into splawn, specifically the nitro, but the leads sound pretty distorted, and I havent really heard the cleans. (listening to Erock, hes pretty awesome)

I dont mean noise, I mean, the notes sounding fuzzy. Take the spider for example, theres almost no noise, but its pretty fuzzy (the distortion) and it transfers on the leads too, which I dont like.

I heard quite a bit of fuzz on some recordings of the V3. How much would the screamer go for?

People often seem to recommend Mark IVs, Is there a shredder who uses them that I can get a feel for their tone with? I know Lamb of God uses them.

try the Engl Screamer out. 1x12 combo. 50W packs more than enough balls.
put a mxr 10 band EQ in the loop and you'll have a lot to play around with.

if you want a vai lead, why not get a carvin legacy?
main rig:
MIM Tele->VP Jr.->CryBaby->Fuzz Factory->TS808->Carbon Copy->Phase 90->TU-3->Vox AC30CCH+Avatar 212 and Peavey VTM60+Marshall 1960A

Check the Rivera Fandago.
GEAR:
guitars - ESP Eclipse-II FM, ESP LTD M-50, crapy classic guitar.
amps - Rivera Venus 3, Rocktorn Rampage 20R.
and crapy pedal of Digitech.

I was looking into the legacy, but people said on its own its not very heavy, and it doesnt have enough gain to do metal.
