It depends. If you want to do more clean stuff along with heavier things, get the HSS option, or more heavy orientated things and you'd be using the neck pickup for overdriven, I'd get a HSH setup.

Its always nice to have more varitey. HSS can give you more tones (but cleaner) than a HH setup.

Just depeneds on what kind of music you are into

Heavy overdriven - HH
Cleaner - HSS.

Its all preferance buddy
