Since I'm in the process of getting my audio engineering degree, I figured I should have already had one by now, but w/e...

So, the title pretty much says it all. As far as reliability, user friendliness, and size, what do you guys think is the best MIDI controller out there?

i just use a 10 yr old Yamaha psr 370, never had a problem with it and because i have good vsts it sounds amazing.

i dont know if this is good enough or not but you might consider checking out the line 6 toneport Kb32 (i think thats what its called). its around 200 dollars.

I'll check those out, thanks for the replys.

BTW, they don't have to have their own synths, as I will mostly be using the instruments and synths built into Logic.

check out the M-Audio at www.m-audio.com they have a collection of midi keyboards from 25 key all the way up to 88 key i think. Check them out or guitarcenter.com or musiciansfriend.com (same thing)
