Alright so my amp's volume started fluctuating a lot so i decided to get new tubes. I put all the new tubes in but i still get volume fluctuations and sometimes the volume is still pretty loud but i don't get much gain...

What should i do besides bringing it to a tech?

Did you replace all of the tubes? Or just pre amp/power amp?

There are no genres in metal that end with "core."

Tried your guitar into another amp and tried changing the leads around? If so, then take the amp to a tech.

Leads = Cables. I'm convinced it's like tubes = valves to the Euro/English population.

Oh right haha yes, thats what it is. Valves=tubes

I don't think cables can do that volume fluctuation, can they?

Absolutely, if the connection between the cable itself and the tips is going bad. But I don't think that's it in your case.

You didn't mention that. Plug straight into the amp. I'd assumed that you did that.

Plug straight into the amp first, then come back.
