Would this pedal be good for helping my 5150 with versatility? Right now, I have a Boss MT-2 but I dont really use it. I like the distortion on my 5150 but it isnt very versatile? Would the GE-7 be good for me?

a ge-7 or a mxr 10 band or even the dano fish and chips get good reviews on here.

The GE-7 is a really solid pedal. my buddy has one and it just clears up your tone really nicely.

if you want to save some cash-ish, get a Dano EQ or a DOD EQ(I think Tom Morello uses one of these).

Danelectro Fish N' Chips if you're on a budget,

GE-7 or MXR 6 band?
Ive heard the Boss can be noisy... .and i think the MXR is true bypass.

Which one?

The GE-7 has a terrible habit of hissing like a hyena. Never played a 10 band but the reviews are almost always positive.
