i am planning on painting my strats pick guard a blood red kind of colour and was wondering what paint to use when painting a pick guard

any help would be awesome

any "bonds to plastic" type of spray paint.

just sand the pickguard down with 400 and 800 sandpaper, then spray on in light coats, so it doesn't run. it's really hard to sand out runs in plastic paints.

If it bonds to paint you don't need to sand it.

Just clean it up really well, spray. Done.
