i have the chance to buy a mij 68 ri strat from the 1996 ( 50th aniversiary)

for around 390 pounds

do you think its a good deal ? i heard the 40 mm nuts are hard to play. and how readly avaible are 40 mm nut replacements ?

do you think its a real fender ? i see no serial

i would say thats a fair deal. since i got my 57 reissued for 338 pounds. the 40mm nuts shouldn't be that big of a deal. you should be fine.

I bought my 69 Strat for $450 but it's not a reissue.

That sounds like a decent deal you're looking at.

so i bought it for 400 pounds posted,pics up once i get it. so considering a new 2007 imported from japan costs 650 pounds do you think i got a good deal ?....i think i have buyers remorse

mines was 380 + shipping, and just a horedous thought i had...what if it needs a fret redress ?
