im not a fan of the tremelo on my strat b/c i dont like the sound and it brings it out of tune faster. i remember reading something a while back about being able to lock it. does anyone know?
couldn't you just not use the tremelo in the first place?
you just need to block it off with something...
you could buy a solid bridge and attach that or if you still wanted to use the trem sometimes then you could try getting a floyd rose locking trem
No Matter what you do, youre strings will always go out of tune, because if you have a floating tremlo(almost all strats have em) the strings come from the bottom. the bending at the bridge causes strings to go out of tune quicker as apposed to a Les paul bridge where the strings go straigt in.
