I saw him at the LGS. Dull.

I met him, had a chat with him and let him shake my hand (a true privilege) at the LGS

In a few short hours, I will be watching Joe Satriani tear up the stage in Winnipeg!!!

Anyone else seen him live or going to the concert tonight?

I went to see G3 in Massey Hall in Toronto, whenever that was.

Personally I thought Paul stole the show, Satriani is solid but some of his music does tend to mush together into some indiscernable ooze.

And then I'm not too fond of Petrucci, or Vai when I went to see him in the same place as well.

Back in the 70's I decided to take all the frets off Jaco's Bass thinking he would play worse. Man did that backfire.

No, but I am going to see him on the 14th at the Orpheum, actually.
