Hi guys,

I can't figure out how to get to the "lead tone" of the lead guitarist on Life Is Not A Waiting by Senses Fail. I would be really appreciated if you could help me.

Thx.

Nope. There was an article on their Still Searching album in Guitar World last year. They use several amps, ranging from a Peavey 5150 (II) to a Mesa Mark III/IV to a Marshall JCM800/900, into Mesa Recto cabs. Both of them play older Gibson LPs (I believe their bearded guitarist has one from the 90s, I think the other one has one from the 80s), equipped with SD JB/59s.

I believe their one guitarist uses a Boss Super Overdrive for a lead boost.

Heath played through a JCM900 head into a 1960 cab last year when I saw them, awesome live tone.
