I'm finding it quite difficult to find good bands/artists that speak in another language.
I think there's something really awesome about hearing something you don't necessarily understand, but get an emotion from it.
Here's all I've found so far, but if there are any others out there, post em please!

Sigur Ros (obviously)
Shugo Tokumaru
Deerhoof
Quidam (borderline pop-punk imo)
Tenniscoats
Lullatone
Cornelius

a song song song bout how to sing
a song song song about everything

Rammstein obviously
Kaisers orchestra (norway CRRAAAZZY music)
The film (Look for can you touch me its v good based off stand by me)
Various belgian alt-rock bands. They're the influences of SMBH by MUSE so definitely worth a listen. Start at Soulwax who sing in both english and bulgarian.

Yeah, but I remember hearing Cedric only goes by what sounds good together and not actual meaning.

Soulfly has some parts in Portuguese

Look up Manu Chao. He's an incredibly underrated singer from France.

He has songs in English, Spanish, and French...sometimes all three in one song.

Can does. A lot of krautrockers did. And Grupo Fantasma, they're a salsa band with a rock influence.

I love you =] I can't say I was very fond of you when we first started talking because you trolled the hell out of my threads, but after talking to you here I've grown very attached to you.

Yeah, write to my fanclub about it, honey.

If you havent heard "DeVotchka" check them out. They mix english and spanish (it sounds weird), but it all works out and they make some beautiful music, and its good because they can actually play live! and they dont suck! Enjoy!

Devotchka sings in Spanish sometimes.

Other than that, check out the Black Metal forum. Everyone is from Norway.
