im sick of taking my LP to the local music shop to tune out deadspots and fret buzz and i want to be able to fix these issues myself...but i dont know where to start. can anyone help?
work a bit at a shop and learn.. there are also some weekend courses available that teach you how to fix that kind of stuff on your guitar. Dont just try and do it on your own, that's really dangerous for your guitar.
i raised my action a little bit and it fixed my dead spot problems with my LP
Hopefully, you also redid the intonation, since changing string height will throw it off again.
