So, decided im sick of being 6ft tall and weighin 140 pounds. Yeah. 140 pounds. F that shit. I dont look bad, as its all toned muscle lol... i look ripped, just small, lol.. so yeah screw that. I m gunna eat more, alot more, and work out untill i am no longer pinner. Anyone else pinner?

That's funny because I am also 6ft and weigh 140 pounds. I have muscle and its well toned however I could use more of it. I started body building 6 months ago and it already staring to show results. My advice to you is to do the same: lift weights and eat right.

I'm 5'9", and 140 pounds. Most of it is muscle though. Play tennis, you'll have huge arms

The problem is, for some reason, I don't even look buff. I actually look really skinny to people. It's insane.

i know for a fact youd way more too cause im 5"9 and im 146 with only 2% body fat or something
youd definitely weigh more if it was muscle, i go to the gym for over 2 hours a day and pay close attention to fitness, so i know

i am 4-6% bodyfat. scale says im 140 pounds. and i dont look flabby or anything its all toned and hard.. their just isnt very much of it.

So I figure if i eat 280grams of protien, 210grams of carbs, and 94 grams of fat a day, i should gain wieght. After adding up what ive eaten today i need:
210grams of protien, 100carbs, and 3 grams of fat.

im 5'9" 145-150lbs and i think im skinny and not meaning to brag but it is basically all muscle from wrestling (i cant float in a pool, barely with two of those noodle things) eat a shit load of for a day or two then lift two times a day for two or three days and during those days eat light stuff. my friend who is in the army told me this and he is ****ing huge right now
