Okay so I have a slammer strat that i want to mod but the wires are all soldered in, is there anyway to get the electronics out without ruining the soldering? ( As I dont know how to resolder them)

Any connection made in a guitar needs to be soldered, so you had better learn how if you wish to start modding.

An, yes, you can cut the wires. Although, if you don't solder them back where they need to be, then you will have bad connections, or no connections at all.

Buy a soldering iron and some solder, practice on some spare wire, tis the only way, That's Im aware of atleast.

soldering only takes minutes to learn is fairly cheap to do yourself
