Ok. So I bought this guitar off a friend, because I wanted something to work on in my spare time. Its a rhoads lookalike. I noticed though when the neck is bolted on it seems to be a little uneven, like the holes are crooked. Is there any way to fix this without buying a new neck? And drilling new ones would be hard because these are very close to the correct spot. Any way to fill in the old holes and still be able to drill near them?

I guess you maybe could use some kind of polyester-filler or something. At least thats hard enough to drill through without tearing it. I dunno.
