I was training Parkour today,and as we usually train everything that helps us develop our body we mixed Jet Li's technique with basic balancing,may I say it was awesome!

Here's the trick.Find a log or a rail or something,about 1 meter high,jump on it and both you and your opponent are assuming your fighting posture.The distance between you two is about meter or so(depends on how tall you are).Both of you extend your right hand so they cross at the hand joint.The goal is to hit the opponent in the belly(not hard necessarily) without loosing balance.

I found it extremely useful in any type of combat.Helps you spot how people move and so on.

Unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to immerse myself extensively into yoga,but as much as I did,I found it relaxing and quite satisfactory.
