No posting just to say a bass player is awesome.
Also, do you expect normal people to know this band at all?

Buy both pickups. Rub icyhot on both of them. Sandwich your penis between them and walk to the nearest homeless shelter with your brand new icyhot penis sandwich.

i gave it a listen and hated it, not a Fan of JRock, its an interesting bassline, but the screeching is just awful.

Probably the premier bassists in Jrock today, excluding all the japanese jazznuts and Reita from GazettE.

Love his basslines, reminds you that its Jrock anytime.
I don't know what I'm doing, but I still do it anyway...

Just for the lulz.

I would say i am a pretty normal kinda guy and i love L'Arc En Ciel.

The op posted one of their worse songs however.

Tetsu is a fantastic veteren bass player. Other japanese bands to look out for are Maria, X Japan, Loudness, Luna sea, Glay, Malice Mizer and Dir en grey.

Oh also. Maria has twin female singers who both play bass.

Deecent player, never cared for JRock, back to listening to Hiromi Uehara.

Frankly, Although i love Tony Greys work on Kung Fu master and his tone, I find his playing very bland and copies styles from many other so called virtuoso bassists. I find his bass solos lacking in taste.
Pedulla MVP5
Gibson Grabber
Warmoth Antigua PJ

J-Rock vocals are pretty much the worst thing ever.

Looking at the bands you have listed as favorites I'd say J-Rock vocalists are much better sounding and better skilled. Kthnxbai.

If that's skilled, I'll stick to my pack-a-day snotty punk vocalists.

I wouldn't call what we have here on the Bass Forum a mentality. It's more like the sharing part of an AA meeting.
