Hey, i was looking if anyone of ye know any similar sounding bands to these:
http://www.myspace.com/slackstring
http://www.myspace.com/blackunicornmusic
http://www.myspace.com/thebeautifulgirls

Ya know, the very California, Folk Rock sound...
Cuz i've been really getting into this kind of music lately and those are the only bands i know that kinda fit around that genre (Although Beautiful Girls are from Australia!)...

The F1 driver??

apologies, i seem to recall you supporting someone that wasn't Lewis Hamilton in the F1 thread and taking an anti-Hamilton stance on the Belgium fiasco, and so, thought i could get under your skin a bit whilst producing mild amusement but it seems i need a rope, masking tape, a knife and be wearing a clown costume for that to happen.

But these guys are still pretty good!

i dunno man, Slackstring are about as laid back as i've heard. epic-ness tbh. in a twist of fate, it appears you have expanded my musical inventory instead of the other way around. how hilariously ironic in a 19th century English way.

This. These guys played at my school (UNH) last year opening for the Dropkick Murphys. They're really good.

Slackstring are ****ing awesome!!
They're one of my favorite band. "She's on a mission" is the most amazingly laid back song i've ever herd and the guitar solo's in that track are amazing too.
I can listen to the song a million times n still not get sick of it!
