Any other EITS fans here? EITS is my absolute favorite instrumental band, all their work is amazing... if you read this and haven't heard them check out one of their albums.. The Earth Is Not a Cold Dead Place is a good one to start out with.

EiNaCDP, for sure.

Though, How Strange, Innocence and Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Live Forever are up there, as well.

^ It's all about Catastrophe And The Cure.

By the way, does anyone know what the song in the first video on the UG EITS group's page is? I only have The Earth and All Of A Sudden and it's not on either of those.

It's "Greet Death" from Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Live Forever.

AMAZING album. Probably my #2 favorite by them.

Cheers! There's some good videos on there, I love the second one - I think it's the first time I've ever seen a guitarist gaffer-taping an Ebow to their guitar then using a slide to fret it whilst bashing a tambourine on the floor with the other hand.

Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place is freaking wicked.

I love the whole sonic landscapes thing that they've got going on.

Everyone's heard that they are/have curated All Tomorrow's Parties?

So I had to take a massive dump, and I went in the bassment. So it's been down there for a while and the stench is terrible and i think it's seeping into the floor.

The Rescue is an amazing album, by far my favorite, All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone is definitely the runner up though.

I just put 'Explosions in the Sky radio' on Pandora.com on and I hear wonderful things.

They're amazing because of the emotion they pour into their music. And it's also sick that they can tell stories with no words
I'm the next big indie thing

LISTEN TO Sigur Ròs!!!!

Too true. They are one of the few bands that can really evoke multiple emotions just with their instruments.

I really enjoy How Strange Innocence/TEINACDP. But the remix of "The Cure and Catastrophe" off of All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone is just amazing.

Every time I listen to "First Breath After Coma", I love it, but, at the same time, get aggravated.

I love it because it's a sensational song.

I get aggravated because the AMAZING Power Tab on here isn't complete, and I can't learn the entire song.

This band is seriously becoming my favorite band. They are absolutely amazing.

I haven't listened to The Rescue yet, and I'm debating with myself whether to download it and listen to it as a whole (like I do with most albums), or download it and listen to one song each day since each song represents a day. Which would you guys suggest?
#26
I say all in one sitting.

Since it's a concept album (of sorts), the effect might be lost with a 24 hours gap in between each one.

But, whichever you like. That's actually the first time I've ever heard someone want to take that approach.

Well I think of it this way, I could listen to it at one time which will might make me feel the storyline and flow better, or I could listen to one each day which would be like I'm almost living the album itself. Yeah, I have a weird way of thinking haha. I'm still not sure which one I'm going to do :/.

So I decided I'm going to wait till my trip to China, then listen to a track each day. By the time I'll have listened to the album, I'll be back home. Then I'll listen to the album as whole and look back and think about what I did each of those days.

So hey, quite the bump but!

I remember watching a short film made about a girl who basically had another world inside her and some doctors and whatnot were going inside to search around. I'm pretty sure i watched it on youtube and that the soundtrack involved EITS (I think it was from searching EITS related things i found it).

If anyone has any clue as to what i'm talking about, please give me a shout
