TAYF is probably the most wonderfully constructed pop-punk record ever. I'm still blown away by Cute Without the E sometimes.

Also, Deja and The Devil and God. There's a few other records I'm sure.

Edit:

Tsk. Tsk. I'm the first to mention Jesse "Primadonna" Lacey and co. I'm ashamed of you guys.

All of Fall Out Boy's albums besides Evening Out With Your Girlfriend have left a massive impression on me. FUCT really got me into pop-punk.

Both of Panic at the Disco's always really get me going, too.

Three Cheers and (I'm sorry) The Black Parade always get me excited about guitar, which is nice.

And, not to jump on the bandwagon, but TAYF really is just so obnoxiously good.

FUCT's probably my number one. I've probably heard it over a thousand times by now, but it still moves me and it still makes me think, and it does just keep getting better.

Take Off Your Pants and Jacket - blink 182
This has always been my favorite blink album. Just the right combo of blink's stupidity and emotion.
Americana - The Offspring
I've really never heard anything much like it. This has some songs with inspirations from everywhere.
Tell All Your Friends - Taking Back Sunday
Adam rocks.
If I cut off your arms, and I cut off your legs, would you still love me, anyway?
#40
Amber Pacific - The Possibility and the Promise. My favorite, easily.
Runners up include:
Good Charlotte - The Young and the Hopeless
Yellowcard - Ocean Avenue

Those are the only three PP/E albums I can truly listen all the way through without the temptation to skip past a song or two...though at this point from their constant use, they all skip pretty badly, especially the Young and the Hopeless. Maybe I'll go buy a used copy of that one tomorrow.

EDIT: I guess "The Black Parade is Dead" by MCR is also in that category for me.
