I own a LTD M-50, and I want to upgrade it wit hsome new pickups. I know, you will tell me I should get a new guitar and things like that, but my parents will get those pickups for christmas, but they won't get a guitar.

So I want to know which pickups would be good here. In my band, i play metal, lots of Poisonblack-ish stuff, no extreme metal. Do you have any suggestions? I play a Fender FM 212R with a Digitech Grunge, if that helps.

Save, you need a new amp, if you replace the pickups, you will hear no change at all.
Because of how bad your amp is.

Squier classic vibe 50's strat, modded.

TS, don't bother, you'd just be wasting your money. If you want to change your sound then buy a new amp or a pedal - new pickups aren't going to do much of anything.
Actually called Mark!
