Does anyone have any exotic pets? I'm talkin' about reptiles, arachnids, amphibians; you get the jest.

I myself have several. I have an Emperor scorpion, a fire-bellied toad, and a Chilean rose tarantula.

People sometimes gawk over my choice of "companion animals", but I enjoy taking care of exotics and find them very rewarding to keep.

So, anyone else enjoy keeping exotics?

I have an iguana, and several exotic birds. We used to have 27 birds, Cockatoos, Blue and Gold Macaws, African Greys, Mini Macaws, Blue Fronted Amazons, Green Cheek Conures. It was pretty freaking awesome.

I had a gf once.

Had to release it back into the wild though as it proving to be high maintenance.

Ideally it should of been put down but im a kind soul.

You sound like some sort of exotic pet pamphlet.

I couldn't care less what animals you keep in your home, and I suspect you don't give a damn about mine either.

Why the hostility?

Seriously, I was just curious if anyone else on here enjoyed keeping critters such as snakes or tarantulas.

No need to be a prick about it man.

More or less haha, they just kind of had free roam of our entire basement. It was pretty much an aviary. It was a blast, but it took forever to feed all of them.
