Yet Another song written late at night, I hope ya like it!

The river runs slower
The wind blows to the east
Staring of into nowhere
With nothing beneath my feet
I follow a path that isn’t
I fall into the black
I can see what almost wasn’t
And I’m never turning back

I’m trying to forget
All that I have seen
But I can’t seem to remember
Any of my fondest dreams
And that’s all I really need
To be able to look into the sky
And start my own daydream

I can see it all go before me now
The pain that flows through out
Through broken, beaten faces
Lying awake in doubt

And I can see, through the rain
All that this could be
If only, we would help
Those that are in need
And every drop
That falls to earth
Could hold their spirits high
If only we did more than try

Every dream lay broken
Stolen by those who kill
Every light in every eye
Taken by those who steal
The pain that flashes in their eyes
Is then passed on to me
And every time I see them try
They fall before they succeed

And I can see, through the rain
All that this could be
If only, we would help
Those that are in need
And every drop
That falls to earth
Could hold their spirits high
If only we did more than try

I see them lying in their beds
Diseased and left to die
All alone they rest their heads
Until they spread their wings and fly

And I can see, through the rain
All that this could be
If only, we would help
Those that are in need
And every drop
That falls to earth
Could hold their spirits high
If only we did more than try

They suffer
As we, say, goodbye
