I would like to know what exactly is this really deep bass drop.

Specific example: the last chorus of "Since u Been Gone" cover by A Day To Remember.

i believe its also in Critical Acclaim by A7X.

All help is appreciated.

^no...its not just louder guitars, at least not for the a day to remeber song, i dont care for any ax7 so i dont know about that song

i dont remember the name, but it's actually a synth drum pad that gives a deep bassy "whoosh" (that's the best i can describe it). The Devil Wears Prada uses it alot in their songs

Its not a tone made from a drum or a bass. its like a rap bass, computer generated.
