Loving it so far. It's my first bass amp, but I have been gigging and plugging into various backlines.

The best thing about it is the 5-band EQ. They were dead on in their frequency tuning. For example, you have a low mid knob at 220Hz, smack dab in the middle of Mudville. You've also got a high mid knob at 1.6KHz, which I I call the "slap knob". I know 5 bands isn't that impressive, but all the bassists around here use the shoddy Peavey and Fender combos, so I'm not used to having such tonal control.

The sub-harmonic generator is useless, however.

can you explain what the to khz knobs do?

i dont really understand them and i have had mine for a few months

yes but can someone explain what these frequencies are?

like are they more mids or bass or treble, and what would iset them to for a good slap and finger tone?
