im looking for a dvd or video lesson that has an indepth look at correct left hand positioning and fingering and string muting as i feel my technique is wrong and it keeps changing all the time. thanks

Why does it have to be left hand, just watch vids of anyone playing and look at their hands and see what they are doing, if they are righty its still gonna look the same as a lefty

get a right handed dvd and watch it in a mirror.

actually the technique should be the same even if you are left handed. you may have to do some thinking to adjust so that the hand positions make sense for a lefty, but that shouldnt be hard. i feel that any well done techniqe dvd will be fine.

well im not left handed sorry im really bad at explaining myself, i mean like a dvd that has a section specifically on the fretting hand, looking at how to hold the neck fret the strings with which parts of the fingers and ways on how to mute strings. but yeh any good technique dvd recommendations basically would help.
