Yes. Absolutely.

Tubes are made in Europe/asia, and shipped worldwide. All tubes are the same (as in, a 12ax7 is the same as any other, apart from some sound differences, obviously, and can be used worldwide)

Musician's Friend has some really reasonably price replacement tubes. As sson as some EL84 Matched Pairs become available later this month I'l be retubing my Peavey Bravo 112 completely for approx $50.00 USD which I think is cheap.
