Got a 12 string, mostly been playing acoustic Rush (as Alex uses 12 string alot now-a-days), and have been just making stuff up, but other then original stuff and Rush, any other 12 string stuff that's fun?

BTW I just noticed the sticky, but it has nothing in it.. So sorry for not checking in the first place, and thanks for any suggestions.

Especially '39. Brian May get's his 12'er singing like there's no tomorrow in that song. And it's pretty short and sweet to learn.

Opening lyrics:

In the year of '39
assembled here the volunteers
in the days when the lands were few
here the ship sailed out into the blue and sunny morn
sweetest sight ever seen

And the night followed day
and the story tellers say
that the score brave souls inside
for many lonely day
sailed across the milky seas
ne'er looked back, never feared, never cried

Don't you hear my call
though you're many years away
Don't you hear me calling you
Write you're letters in the sand
for the day I'll take your hand
in the land that our grandchildren knew...

Here's the youtube link to the studio ver. of the song, from "A Night At The Opera":

Edit: Oh yea, one more thing, TURN IT UP! lol
