So, I got a job a week ago. (after being unemployed for 17 years ). The job is at a Honda accessories and tuning shop. I am pretty much the errand boy (clean up the shop, get tools, clean cars etc.) The owner is some old Japanese guy (of course) and apparently he is loaded. From what I saw his daily driver is some old modified Honda Accord. Doesn't look very rich to me. The other day, I was cleaning up shop. It was just me and him there, since I do some overtime. He asked me if I wanted a ride i his car. I was thinking to myself...I guess. But I don't really see what's so special about some old accord, even if it is modified. But I said yes anyway, because I was thinking he had some big engine in it or something. Then, he leads me to the back garage of the shop. The garage door has the word private on it, and is separate from the garage where we do work. He opens the door, and HOLY CRAP.

That's right folks, he owns a Pagani Zonda Roadster F. It looked exactly like the one in that picture. I couldn't believe it, because this is pretty much my dream car. He took me for a ride in it, and man...it was pure awesome, with some pure win cherries on top. I am trying to get the pictures and video I took of it with my cellphone up. I just thought I would share this with you guys.
Be cool.

Well, I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to drive a Zonda everywhere.

Then again, I wouldn't want to drive a Zonda period.

My owner isn't scared to drive it. People say he is an amazing driver. He told me stories of how he used to do a lot of touge racing back in Japan, which takes a helluva lot of skill. So he can handle the car. As for me...yeah, I'd be scared as hell to drive it. I can barely drive my Civic.

Hey, I totally didn't notice the racial undertones in that. I just figured he couldn't type worth a damn. But your way makes more sense. Huh.

I'm sorry, the only thing I understood in that sentence was sexy women.

That's an excuse to post this picture that I always seem to post whenever an opportunity arises:

Maybe he doesn't want to be gaudy?

Some of the most wealthy people I know drive crappy cars and live in small houses because they don't want the attention that comes with the wealth. That and, if I spent almost $1m on a car, I probably wouldn't drive it that often either, which defeats the purpose.

I was sure the story would end with TS getting touched up in the car.....

and according to TS his boss really knows how to 'handle' things...
Up ........... and ................. Down

But in the end its only round and round

i deem this thread 30% win.

i saw this car on Top Gear. the interior leather is beautiful

Epic, I thought I was sick 'cause I revved a DB9 but the TS wins. I can understand the owner not wanting to drive it a lot, the attention with a car like that must be a pain in the arse. It'd feel like you were showing off all the time.
Looking to buy a Fender Jagstang, u sellin?
