Like the Title?

Either way, for some reason my guitar won't let me bend properly once I start playing past the 12th fret on the 1st string. The problem isn't in bending it up, the problem is coming back down. I'll hit a bend and the 3rd string gets caught on the 1st string and is played along with the bend and overall sounds out of whack.

The 3rd string is not being bent, only strummed. So if I'm bending on the 14th fret on the 1st string, it sounds like I just strummed an open 3rd string, not like I bent it.
Its probably a problem with my technique but the problem has only came about recently.
