i dont have space for my speakers right now but i still want to record. will i hear my recording with out the speakers when i play back?

Are you recording direct?

EDIT: You can record normally, you don't need playback to record. It just helps immensely to be able to hear the recordings and adjust what needs adjusting.

If your recording is purely digital, and you have no "output" to move any air, you will hear nothing.

i mean if i want to record and i dont hook any speakers into my ux1, will i still hear my recording from my laptop speakers?
