From what I've heard, the Man o War has tight lows, smooth mids, and smooth highs.

And if gabe says the Governor is similar to the V30, it is.

Fwiw, maybe you could try something from Warehouse speakers.com? I was recommended to them by a few people here awhile back, but never got around to buying them because money got tight. I've heard lots of good things though if you can live with them being Made in China (though I think most lower end Eminence and Celestion are now too).
