Which Carvin guitar should i order.

I heard walnut is good for nice low ends . i dont know.

I thought the walnut looked beautiful but how is it for tone

or should i be like every one Else's strat and get alder.

I wouldn't say walnut is good for low end, it's pretty similar to maple.

Yeah, it says it in their little booklet and on the wood info page on their website. Warmoth is a better site to read up on as far as tonewoods go. I have a DC-747, excellent guitar, but very bright toned (Walnut/maple); however, with it being a 7 string the tone is well balanced.

Definitely the best playing, and feeling guitar I've ever used.
