Here's a recording of my band covering Deep Purple's "Highway Star".

Its a full band minus the singer, she couldn't make it today.

There's drums, bass, guitar and keyboard in this recording.

There's a few other tunes up as well if you want to give them a listen.

Loved the tone at the beginning. Sounds like an uncocked wah. The tone was a little too crunchy for Deep Purple though. Great playing though! I really dig your vibrato.

Check out mine?

I'm the bass player in the band. Did you get a chance to check out the other tunes? If so, what'd you think of the other tunes?

Oh!

Even still, the backline was very solid. You could still hear the bass. The mixing was done pretty well.

I didn't get the chance to check the other tunes out, but I'll give them a go!

Very nice indeed guys, though I would turn down the treble for the guitar or use the neck pickup. Other than that, great job.

Would love to hear it with vocals.
